Do you use AI to help generate content?
Although there was the option to generate content automatically, I am committed to original writing. If Artificial Intelligence is used to create content, this statement will be updated appropriately. Note that the logo was generated with the help of Artificial Intelligence.
Do we need another internet site from someone with a disability?
Disability is unique. Every different experience is valuable. Even if you, the reader, don't care for it, someone else will find it helpful.
Can I contribute?

Why don't your recipes have prep/cook times?
Learning took cook takes as long as it takes. Each recipe has cooking times throughout, but prep time is fluid. Sometimes, it's nice to spend hours cooking down your vegetable scraps to make a yummy miso soup. Other days, a a frozen vegetable is almost too much to steam. Also, if you have a microwave, many cooking steps can be shortened. I prefer to use only one appliance, but a microwave and stove working together can get dinner on the table faster. The microwave won't add more heat or combustion byproducts to the kitchen and a friend could help you by monitoring the dish while you watch the stove.
